Overwhelmed & Overloaded at Christmas

The Silly Season is a stressful time of year! Our schedules are packed with work commitments, social engagements, and family time. All of these things can begin to pile up and put our minds and bodies under stress. It's important that we seek to manage this stress appropriately so that we can enjoy this amazing time of year!

Added stress can show up as tension through the neck and shoulders or as tension headaches. One of the most important things you can do for yourself at this time of year is to take a break! Managing your energy resources will come as a great help with stress.

Try to find places in your day or week where you can take a break. Even if it's just a half hour, go for a walk in the evening and take advantage of the good weather. Knowing where the gaps are in your schedule will do wonders for managing stress!
